I specialise in helping people to gain the awareness they need to clarify their strategic direction and to move purposefully and effectively towards it. I am a credentialed coach, a facilitator, and a consultant in evaluation and learning.
My academic background is in Psychology (BSc.), and Demography & Global Health programmes (MSc.) I have spent the majority of my 20+ year professional life working in the field of social change, working with international not-for profit organisations, government agencies, and private sector consultancies, and have lived and worked in New Zealand and Ecuador, as well as in the UK.
I have worked both as salaried staff and as an independent consultant, each giving me different perspectives. Working in a wide range of roles, I have gained invaluable insights into the benefits of slowing down in order to speed up. And of investing the time to think, deeply, creatively, and without prejudice, to better to understand what we are trying to achieve, how we might get there, and what is working and not working with our current approach.
